Troy Scott is the National Format Director for JACK (Adult Hits) at ROGERS Sports & Media. Troy is a programmer and personality with 22+ international years of experience in Classic Hits, CHR, Country, Talk, Sports, and HOT A/C. Troy has been program director of many Radio brands & Stations including JACK, Virgin Radio, BOB-FM & HANK-FM. As social media geek/promoter Troy has been on the forefront of expanding Radio's brands and their relationship with the internet since he got a modem and GeoCities page. Troy served as New Media Director of CHUM Winnipeg MB and provides multiple radio stations with social media content and the daily music logs for Kroeger Media's BOB & HANK FM brand in the USA. Troy was also seen on CMT Canada on a number of programs. From 2011 to 2013 he setup and launched CIGV-FM into today's Country 100.7, returning country music to the Okanagan Valley BC. Moving on, Troy then relaunched Vista Radio's first station 89.7 SUN FM - fulfilling a dream to live on Vancouver Island. Later, Troy would add CKAY-FM (91.7 Coast FM) to his Programming duties on both the Island & Sunshine Coast. Troy then returned to Kelowna BC continuing with Vista Radio as Program Director & Morning Show Host at CJUI-FM (103.9 the Juice). After a very successful re-brand, Troy was hired by Harvard Broadcasting as Program Director of CJNW-FM (HOT 107) & CKEA-FM (95.7 CRUZ FM) in Edmonton from 2014-15. From 2015 to 2020 Troy was back in his hometown, and returned to 1445 Pembina Hwy as Program Director of CKMM-FM (103.1 Virgin Radio) CFWM-FM (99.9 BOB FM) and CKX-FM (96.1 BOB FM) for Bell Media. In 2020 Troy accepted a National Format Director position with ROGERS Media as National Format Director for JACK and Rogers' Adult Hits formats. His home base station is CJAQ-FM (JACK 96.9 FM) in Calgary Alberta.
